New concrete tilt-up building on a 6 acre site. The fully sprinkled building includes 24,000 sf. of service bays, 1,300 sf. shop support, 9,300 sf. office and 5,700 sf. parts storage. An additional part of the scope is a 2,000 sf metal canopy. Site work includes grading, paving, landscape, parking, site walls, wrought iron fencing and trash enclosures.
